Foreign part separator

Tuft blender

Sliver Formation

Slivers from cards and draw frames form the basis for downstream processing to produce yarn and eventually the finished product.




Material feed


Material is supplied from a cleaning or opening line to a card group pneumatically via pipes. Ventilators and condensers take over the job of transporting the material here. Special distributors and change boxes integrated into the pipes are used to distribute the material, whether cotton or manmade fibres.



 
Card TC 03
TheCard TC 03 is the logical development of the highly successful DK 903 card. More than 10,000 cards DK 903 have been installed in spinning mills all over the world from 1995 to 2003.

Integrated draw frame IDF
The autoleveller function has been integrated into the card for the first time. This is a decisive step towards reducing costs by means of process contraction. The integrated draw frame IDF combines the carding process with the drawing process to give a single operating stage.

Only Trützschler offers the textile industry a genuine alternative to expensive laboratory investigations with its nep sensor NEPCONTROL TC-NCT. TC-NCT monitors the card web during production and provides information on the quality. Staff-intensive laboratory examinations are no longer required. Every metre of card sliver is of verified quality.

LENGTHCONTROL TC-LCT

Precise measuring of the fibre length with LENGTHCONTROL TC-LCT

LENGTHCONTROL TC-LCT is a mobile measuring instrument which can be used directly at the cards. It works completely independent and it only needs electrical power. Slivers from cards, draw frames and combining machines can be controlled. All raw materials with a fibre length up to 60 mm are no problem.

Differential gears, angular gears and change wheels are replaced by three computer-controlled direct drives. This is an outstanding feature of this draw frame. High production opener

The new Autocoro 360 is a machine with up to 360 spinning positions producing yarn with take-up speeds up to 300 m/ min, thus being the most productive automatic rotor spinning machine world-wide. The Suction system of the Autocoro 360 with ist Electronic Vacuum Adjustment EVA for the regulation of the spinning vacuum ensures that the vacuum level is equal and remains constant at each spinbox. The vacuum level is adjusted automatically and remains reliably constant over a long time even in long machines with 360 spinning positions. This enables spinners to set the level of spinning vacuum significantly lower than has been the practice so far. This saves much energy.

Another benefit offered by EVA is that owing to the optimized spinning vacum the yarn breakage rate is reduced significantly. Maximum productivity is ensured even when the spinning stability is lower or the yarn break frequency higher.

The Autocoro 360 is the only automatic rotor spinning machine that does not sustain losses in efficiency in case of variations in the raw material or when the spinning vacuum is set too low.

EVA also reduces the operating costs. The individually adjustable filling-level limitation for the dust collecting chambers with automatic filling-level monitor guarantees that the dust collecting chambers are emptied at the appropriate moments.

Time is money
A milestone in the development of the Autocoro is the Intelligent Drive System IDS with direct, energy-saving drives of the Autocoro 360. All settings of spinning data including spinning vacuum and sliver intake can be optimized in incremental steps at the Infomator even while the spinning process continues. Thus, spinners can speed up yarn lot changes and product and process optimization. Settings are reproducible and variations in the raw material are equalised.
