 How does GUTMEE work:

•  Approved Sellers place their excess machinery & equipment free of charge on our global website GUTMEE.

•  Buyers, after signing up free of charge, access the website in search of used textile machinery & equipment and     express    their interest.

•  Negotiations  between  matched  seller  and  buyer  about  price  and  conditions  are  then  channeled  through  an exchange   of communication in a completely secured environment until a contract position has been reached. Our support and management     team will monitor and facilitate all    contacts and communications between the negotiating parties.

• The final contract is always between seller and buyer. GUTMEE acts as a commission fee based broker. 

• Our service provides secure access and communication in an electronic environment solely dedicated to fit the buyers and sellers needs.      There are no  geographical or other boundaries limiting amount or locations of listing used machinery and equipment for the seller. We     provide the ability to add, edit, delete, transfer inventory and include photos of listed items. There are no limitations as to the  geographical     location of the buyer in accessing and managing the GUTMEE global exchange site.

Responsibilites :
 

Seller

• Interested seller signs up via e-mail free of charge with GUTMEE and is given a secure access with  username and password to the website

•  Gives complete address, contact info and location

• Signs confidentiality and brokerage agreement with GUTMEE

• Provides detailed description (brand, model and year) describing the condition and general location of the used machinery & equipment, possibly provides certification by an independent appraiser

•  Information can either be entered through seller or through GUTMEE assistance to the website

•  If an interested buyer is found, negotiation channels are opened and GUTMEE support team facilitates all communications

•  Negotiations are concluded and a final contract is drafted between the seller and buyer

 

Buyer :

• Signs up free of charge with GUTMEE and is given a secure access with username and password  to the website

• Interested buyer can browse freely the website to get information about available machinery & equipment

• If he expresses serious interest, he will sign confidentiality and brokerage agreement with GUTMEE

• Negotiation channels are opened and GUTMEE support team facilitates all communications

• Negotiations are concluded and a final contract is drafted between the seller and buyer

• After signing the contract, transfer and shipping of the machinery and equipment is arranged between seller and buyer

• Payment terms and conditions will be spelled out in the contract and executed according to  international trade terms  GUTMEE

• GUTMEE provides the global market place free of charge

• Provides a secure environment for signed up buyers and sellers

• Support team assists buyer and seller in all aspects during sign-up until drafting of final contract

• GUTMEE acts as an independent broker and receives a commission based on the volume of the transaction.

• The buyer pays the brokerage fee at the time the ownership of the machinery and equipment is legally transferred (closing)
